Principal - Stormwater

We are seeking an exceptional Principal - Stormwater to join our office to:

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with existing and new clients
• Pursue and secure significant projects– either directly or with partners - which are aligned with Awa’s strategy, capabilities and purpose.
• As Project Director and / or Technical Reviewer, help ensure are projects are to scope, budget and schedule
• Lead and grow a diverse team of high-calibre engineering design professionals in our office.
• Collaborate with other services – in particular modelling and urban planning - to leverage capabilities and provide innovative solutions.
• Actively represent Awa at forums and industry events.
• Contribute to our five-year strategy including our priority initiatives.

• A recognised stormwater leader with 15+ years of experience and strong connections across the sector.

• Strong commercial acumen.
• A genuine interest in Te Ao Māori.
